    Another day and I've kept to plan. Back to chicken and tomatoes for breakfast plus two portions of pre-packed cheese. At lunchtime I had some tomatoes and then went and did my mum's care call. When I got back I really didn't feel like eating but made myself have my prawns and NLY as I knew I had a class this evening and wanted some energy.
