    3 Fried eggs cooked in butter

    Lunch:
    Leftover chicken curry (from last night!)

    Tea:
    Homemade beefburgers with salad.

    Breakfast:
    NLY and Ham.. (weird - I know! )

    Lunch:
    Prawn salad and Ham! (Oh yes - a bit of a theme; guess who had some ham to use up!)

    Tea: (no ham in sight!!!)
    Chicken curry! (using the butternut squash curry recipe and subbing chicken for the veggies!)
    EDIT - The curry was phenomenal! I had mine with no rice but as Anna is on Ph3, she had some brown rice.
    That creamed coconut really makes these curries delicious!

    Breakfast:
    4 egg omelette

    Lunch:
    5 chicken drumsticks and salad

    Tea:
    Mixed meats - Salmon, ham, roast beef with roast veggies.

    Day 3 of a Phase one revisit and I feel great!

    Breakfast:
    4 rashers of bacon

    Lunch:
    Tuna Salad

    Tea:
    Homemade beefburgers with asparagus, broccoli and salad.

    I'm not missing dairy. Although dairy does open up a lot of food possibilities i.e. cauliflower cheese.
