    Breakfast:
    3 Fried eggs

    Lunch:
    Chicken thighs, crackling and Camembert

    Tea:
    Grilled lion of pork, leeks delicately cooked in cream and pepper, cauliflower cheese, carrots and broccoli

    Breakfast:
    4 slices of sugar-free wholemeal toast - dry!

    Lunch / Tea:
    BBQ that lasted from 1300 hrs - 1600 hrs; I think I may have eaten my body-weight in chicken; and feel great!

    Breakfast:
    2 Slices of sugar-free wholemeal bread

    Lunch:
    Salad.... Just Salad.. No cheese, no meat, just salad... I had to have a sleep in the afternoon as I felt soooooo weak and puny!

    Tea:
    HOG-ROAST!!!!!!!!! - My kids won't eat meat so I just had theirs too and then went back for more.

    It was really surprising how much more energy I had after the meat-fest!

    Breakfast:
    4 scrambled eggs - Made with creak and butter

    Lunch:
    Cheese salad.

    Tea:
    Who knows - We are going on a church camping trip to Newark Show-ground.
    It is fully catered so this could be interesting.

    I'm planning on sticking to fat meals and I know there is gonna be a BBQ one day so that will be fine.

    Breakfast will be the problem as I think it will be a selection of sugary cereals and white toast. ...

    Lunch:
    3 cheese salad (Brie, Emmental and Extra mature cheddar)

    Tea:
    Jamaican pork burgers, asparagus and fried Halloumi cheese with a side salad
