  3. Phase 1 results.

    Some of you may know that I did Phase 1 again; purely for fun - and to see if dairy had any old over me

    Well - After doing 5.6667 days on Phase 1 I am happy to report that I lost....

    drumroll please................




    1 lb! - Yup - you read it right - One pound!

    However, My trousers are feeling looser and I know that that pound was pure lard from around my midriff.

    3 rashers of bacon and 3 eggs

    Lunch:
    Pig salad - Yes I still have some left....

    Frittata with home-made tomato sauce and cheese - It is a bit like a Pizza but with none of the carbs.
