    Hi all, an odd title I know and the opposite to what many many people think. However I have just read one of Zoe's articles about knowing how to do it but just not doing it. Basically that's me, I talk the best talk but just don't walk the walk to the end of the journey. My motivations are simple I look bloody awful.   3. MY JOURNEY...day 168.. Changes are a foot

    Morning all....

    Well not so my changes are " a foot" as opposed to all over!!

    I am fast approaching the 3 stone loss mark just got 3lb to go and the changes in me are now becoming apparent to others.

    As I have said in previous posts when you have much to lose ( 9 stone in my case) things don't really start to show until around the 2 stone + loss mark.
    but people that have not seen me for a while are now saying " you look well " ...

  4. One more for the road......try 5

    Well completed phase 1 lost 8 pounds. Feel better already and did it to the letter. Had amazing food. However I had a meal out in town with some friends that I met in china and we had booked the most amazing restaurant. I basically even before I started harcombe I decided that I would,give myself the evening off. I stayed true to phase 1 all day then went out. Oh dear what is it with me I have no off button.   5. You know when I said I'd start on Wednesday? Hehehe...

    Well joke's on me actually. After the bf birthday shenanigans that I'd been internally panicking about for a week, Wednesday was going to be easy breezy. I'd only put on 100g from the night before even though I'd gorged on garlic pizza bread, a seafood stater, rump steak with a mushroom sauce and new potatoes, and a chocolate bomb. Not to mention the glass of red and two cocktails.

    Feeling like I'd cheated the scales, I was sure I'd get on with the diet. But the bf's parents ...
