If herbs and spices do, then why wouldn’t they count? I count 34 plants eaten since January (if you include different types of cabbage...)
She's very much off my radar. I only notice her when she's promoting a £500 pot of miracle cream. :p
Most of her stuff is completely off the wall, though.
I agree. If what she is doing works for her then maybe it will for others. And it's not as if she's promoting 48 hour fasts.
