If herbs and spices do, then why wouldn’t they count?
I count 34 plants eaten since January (if you include different types of cabbage...)
Looking at those side effects, no wonder their appetite reduced.
Josephine, the doctor (and presumably others who can prescribe) can prescribe your own peak flow meter to use at home. Obviously it’s the cost of a prescription, but very useful to have.
With all the YouTube videos and papers I read, OH has already asked if I am turning into a scientist! :D

Just to update, I have the magnesium powder Ted suggested on this thread and can confirm it barely has any taste at all and is very easy to take.... as long as I remember :)
Thanks for the links Ted. Have bought vit d as it’s cheaper than the sprays I currently used. Have also bought magnesium after looking up articles about Epsom salts being absorbed in the skin or not...
