    I think the only icecream Zoe recommends is Haagen Daz Vanilla.....real stuff.

    I think ingredients are a more important indicator as to whether we 'can/cant' eat something As i think cutting out processed foods is the most important part of this diet, the carba/fat thing eventually comes second without thinking x

    +1 for this! I read the ingredients only these days as if I can recognize them I tend to know if they are fat or carb

    I have an ice cream maker too. Can make authentic itallian style with eggs, milk and cream. Use nly on p1 maybe? Don't know what you could flavour a p1 ice cream with though. Might stick the tub in the freezer tonight and have a fresh strawberry and banana ice cream for my Mother's day treat tomorrow. There again I was contemplating some 100% chocolate as my treat since my daughter has got me some. Might grate some into it. Hmm I'm drooling now

    Or, slit the skin of the Banana put it in foil and cook it in the oven for half an hourish....corrrrr!
