Default Is this ok for P1

I've just made a Fritata with 8 eggs 200ml skimmed milk, shallots fried in lard, 3 slices of ham (off the bone) sliced cherry toms, salt & pepper. I've done it as a snack really as opposed to a meal, as I'm getting a bit bored with boiled eggs.
Is this ok, or is it better as a meal with veg or salad.
And if I do put a little milk in, am I better with skimmed, full fat or cream?

Like stephers says-and you could have used a bit of NYL instead of the milk with the eggs.

When you get to Phase 2-full fat milk or cream are both fine-as long as you are ok with dairy.
