    Default First day on the diet!!

    Hi there everyone,

    I'm Iain from Arbroath in Scotland.

    I finished reading Zoe Harcombe book "The Harcombe Diet For Men" at the weekend and today I have
    just completed my first day on Phase 1.

    I have about 3.5 - 4 stone to lose and must admit it is daunting, however I am really excited after reading
    the book. It makes so much sense.

    Ahoy and welcome aboard the good ship harcombe Iain! I had 4 stone to lose ... started on 3rd December 2011 ... lost 4 stone 150 days later (5 months) ... decided to keep going and aiming to lose another 1-2 stone ... easiest diet I have ever been on!
