    Default Ground Pork

What can I make with ground pork for dinner? Thinking to add tomato sauce and canned corn to it. Is this a good idea?

Corn is very sweet, so might make you crave sugary foods. The tomato sauce idea is fine, maybe with some lower carb veg such as celery, courgettes.

I can't eat beef, so I use ground pork for any recipe where minced beef is called for - bolognaise, shepherd's pie (obviously not with a potato topping, maybe swede and carrot), chilli etc.

You can do anything with pork mince as you do with beef mince, meatballs, chilli, burgers kebabs etc. I would stay away from the corn, it's very sweet and high in carbs, as you probably already know!

I would go for meatballs with tomato sauce.
