I would take mixed olives - easy way out

If you want to make something how about mini egg wraps filled with bits of crispy bacon and phase 1 mayo?

Spicy coated chicken legs or thighs. 97pc sausages cut up small.

Chicken tikka - marinate small pieces of chicken in yogurt and spices, cook very hot for a few mins on skewers in the oven, and they are yummy!

Heroin chicken (coating made with Parmesan cheese). A quick search on here will bring up lots of posts about it.

Caprese salad - pour the olive oil on and scatter basil leaves just before eating? With some ciabatta for the others? I arrange mine alternatively tomato slice then mozzarella in a big circle getting smaller and it looks lovely.

Ooh, thanks elle, I had forgotten about that chicken recipe - last time I made it it made me really bloat up for some reason but I'm happy to try it again!

Some of these suggestions feature cheese so aren't suitable for Phase 1 !

Roast chicken drumsticks - you can get some nice sugar free seasonings.
    Hard boiled eggs
    Ham

Thanks ladies! Will avoid the cheese ones but some great ideas here - especially the chicken tikka. I'll have to take plenty as I doubt I'll be able to eat anyone else's food!
