Total 0% and the full fat are both fine, but almost all plain yogurt is live as far as I can tell. Yeo Valley is nice, Lidl's do a good Greek style, and the full fat ones are yummy - you don't need to deny yourself. Just be careful you don't eat too much, it's easily done!

And welcome to the forum, fire away with any more questions!

I have found that plain yoghurt is better if you have some berries to blitz into it. I find it breaks the tart taste a bit.
Just remember that if you add fruit other than berries that you have to go the low fat / fat free yoghurt because other fruit count as carbs

Plain yogurt doesn't taste at all tart to me - the result of taste changes after doing the for so long. My current favourite is Aldis Greek and it's a third of the price of Fage. Remember full fat with fat meals and 0% with carb meals. Which ever brand you choose check the carb content. It can vary quite s bit and it adds up if you are eating lots of it.

I agree Mamie. It doesn't taste tart to me anymore, but in the beginning I just couldn't face it just like that. Now, I don't mind the taste at all
