    Had another good day today, have been having choc cravings again, think that's my problem, sugar. Really enjoying cooking with and eating fat, it's the taste I remember from my youth, and I had forgotten how tasty it is, just had liver bacon, peas, cabbage, grn beans,and carrots, oh and not forgetting onions, mmm so delicious .

    HI Joanie my day 4 was way better than my day 4 and i too just had a yummy dinner

    pieces of chicken thigh
    streaky bacon bits
    All stir fried in butter with
    garlic and smoked paprika (oooh should i be having smoked paprika ?????)
    onions, tomatoes, peppers and mange tout

    So delicous

    Good luck on day 5

    Shouldn't have anthing smoked on P1 but if it wasn't much I doubt if you did any damage.

    It was only when I typed smoked paprika I realised it . Lesson learned as I am staying on phase 1 for a while
