    Default Phase 1 Redo

I have been feeling a bit groggy and over tired lately, and have a feeling the Candida monster has a grip on me again, so going to do a 10 day phase 1 Starting Sunday.

Think I will Need to read the book again, and remind myself what I need to do

Good luck Dean! Hope you kill off your monster. Helps if you give it a name

I don't have one and if I did I wouldn't believe in it so it wouldn't have a name!

Good luck Dean. I have just redone Phase 1 since starting THD in January - I kept putting it off - and I'm so glad I did. I lost 4lbs and feel so much more in control going to continue an extended P1 - something I never thought I'd want to do. Best wishes and hope you get rid of the monster

I am doing Phase 1 at the moment and am starting to really feel the benefit. Having drifted back into Phase 2 from something like Phase 5½ just after Christmas I had been putting it off. But the detox effect is wonderful (and the weight loss is a real bonus).

Hope it goes well for you Dean

Thanks all, I have gotten into a habbit of eating too many nuts, and too much 85% chocolate. Starting to feel tired and groggy as I did before THD, so time to clean out

I will post my daily eating habbits for you all to pick up my faults

    Cheers all.

Day 1 didn't go too well. Probably due to drinking too much Peroni the night before

    L: Beef Stir Fry
S: 2 Pieces of Frying steak. 40g of 85% chocolate (all supplies are now gone).
D: Fish Mix with olive oil.

    Day 2.....

    S: Coconut cream Decaff Coffee.
B: 2 scrambled eggs with onions.
L: 2 scrambled eggs with salad.
D: Diced Lamb with onions garlic and peppers.

I have 60g of 85% chocolate sitting in my desk drawer, very tempting......
