    Default Blitz menus

    Morning all

    Am soooo looking forward to this even though i've been doing THD for a while - always good to have a challenge to stick with.

    So thought I'd share my menu's with people just in case it helped anyone and it helps keep me on track to write down what i've eaten.

    B - Gammon (cooked in slow cooker yesterday with some fresh herbs and stock), 2 x boiled egg, blob of mayo

    L - gammon salad (lettuce, red onion, carrrot ribbons, mayo and parmesan ((am fine with cheese))

    D - not sure yet but def something that involves lots of buttered greens and ribboned carrots

    good idea to share. Some of us have shared our plan for the week but I know mine can deviate from the plan for various reasons. I'll post mine a day late once I know what I have actually put in my mouth

    B: NLY (planned to have eggs & bacon but didn't fancy it when it came to it)
    L: cold roast chicken, bacon, salad & mayo
    S: homemade chicken tikka (I know that's chicken twice but haven't got my meals planned properly yet!) oven roasted cumin cauliflower

    B - NLY & a raw carrot
    L - chicken mini fillets in tomato & veg sauce
    D - planning 2 salmon fillets in tarragon cream sauce provided all of the stuff arrives in my shopping delivery!

    D - Salmon cooked in butter and coleslaw

    B: 3x scrambed eggs, ham, tomatoes
    L: Pulled pork, coleslaw, bbq sauce
    D: Slow cooker beef, roast veg

    B: Breakfast muffin and 2 slices pork tenderloin & bacon
    L: Homemade scotch egg & NLY
    D: T-bone steak & roasted vege

    B= Egglet with 3 eggs, I/2 onion, tomato, bacon, left over carrots and Fruit tea and decaf coffee
    L= 2 Baked red mullet with onions and peppers
    D= will be 50g brown rice and slow cooked lamb curry with green veg.

    Scales and tape measure been braved....I've put on more that I thought (11.6lbs )....shows you that cheating will bite us in the behind literally speaking.

    Did my first day of the 30 day shred and walked the dogs for 45 min...feeling pretty good and I think I might be able to keep that up, work allowing.

    Food has been great:

    B:NLY with Linseed
    L: Left over BBQ chicken tights on salad with a dollop of HM Mayo
    D: Grilled Rump Steak with Hot Green bean / Broccoli salad, garlic butter and mayo

    Loads of water 2 x decaff and now a couple of Fizzy fruit tea spritzers

    I'm doing a phase 1.5 today to use up the mozzarella ( I'm fine with hard cheese) and then will be onto phase 1 tomorrow:

    B: NLY with cinnamon
    L: Tomato and mozzarella salad
    D: Salmon fillet baked in lemon juice and butter with broccoli
