    L: Left over BBQ chicken tights on salad with a dollop of HM Mayo
    D: Grilled Rump Steak with Hot Green bean / Broccoli salad, garlic butter and mayo

    Loads of water 2 x decaff and now a couple of Fizzy fruit tea spritzers

    B: 2 eggs scrambled in butter with 3 x grilled unsmoked streaky bacon
    L: Roast chicken salad with lots of mayo, NLY
    D: Rump steak with butter fried onions, grilled tomato, brocolli

    Lots of sparkling water with lime

    B - 3x Boiled Eggs
    L - R Chicken & Boiled Egg Salad, Lots of Greens, NLY
    D - Belly of Pork Strips, 50g wholemeal rice, lots of veg run through with a homemade tomato sauce.

    45 mins on bike - not walked the 60 mins, but worked out that the effort on the bike should have balanced out to the 60 mins walking.

    Love the feeling of being in control so far - 1 day down, 29 to go!

    B pulled pork and scrambled eggs (large as out over lunchtime)
    D sirloin steak, mixed salad, potato salad; berries and clotted cream.

    90 minute walking tour and 60 minutes walking and exploring on Dartmoor. Done 10,300+ steps today

    B - Butter cocoa
    L - Chef salad with ham, eggs, a little cheese, home made mayo
    D - Chilli, home made salsa, creme fraiche
    1 Decaff coffee, fruit tea
    45 mins zumba and 1 hour dog walk

    morning - 30min
    afternoon - will try to do my BBY exercises & another walk

    L - Tinned sardine and tuna salad
    D- Mat Burgers

    30 min walk after lunch and same before bed. Might also get son's bike and have a wobbly ride round park!
    If nothing changes, everything stays the same.

    Day 1:
    B: 3 scrambled eggs, dripping, 3 rashers bacon. 1 large glass water (500ml)
    T: Butternut squash curry with vegetables. 2 large glasses water

    E: 1 hour 45 mins walking, 1 hour gardening

    Day 2:

    B: Steak omelette (3 eggs, 2 frying steaks, fresh parsley, dried oregano, white pepper, tiny bit of Himalayan salt, oil for frying) plus homemade mayo. 1 large glass water
    L: Tuna and basil mayo salad. 1 large glass water
    T: Chicken curry using sauce from squash curry. 1 large glass water

    Being tested today - a huge box of shortbread has materialised a foot away from my desk. But I am resisiting so far, just five hours to go!

    B: Bacon, eggs, tomatoes
    L: Left over slow cooker beef, salad, olive oil, NLY
    D: BNS curry, 50g brown rice

    Unliekly to get my walk in today. Mondays and Tuesdays are not good for me time wise.
