    Nuts are mixing and they are also calorific. Phase 3 cheat only I'm afraid.

    I only had enough to garnish the fruit and give a bit of crunch - probably less than 1/4oz of toasted flaked almonds! I'm Phase 2 and I know it's a cheat - sorry, should have marked it in red!

    I was a chocoholic and hated fruit, yet when I did phase 1 it was fruit that I craved!! It's the sugar....!!!!
