I have signed up for the 30-day blitz too. I am starting today. Just been shopping and got lots of Phase 1 foods in. About to have bacon and eggs with OH. I did phase 1 back in August 2013 and loved the way I felt after it. I struggled though when I went back to work so my focus over the next few days will be to look over the forum and recipes to get ideas of things to take to work for lunches and snacks.
