    No Dairy. Very Low Carb, careful on the eggs, no fruit. easy on the onions.

    Well I got weighed this morning and had gained 2lb. No cheating and haven't introduced anything new? I wouldn't normally weigh twice in a week but weighed at end of 5 days then weighed today as thurs is going to be my weekly weigh day. I'm trying not to be disheartened and sticking with it.
