    I think they are great. Make sure you whisk the whites up well.
    Find what works for your body. Don't cheat yourself too often or too much.

    They are really versatile and fairly tasty. I remember having them with smoked salmon one Christmas eve!

    I've made them a few times, I love making BLTs with them, to me that is a great treat! Of course they are not a perfect alternative to bread but the hold together quite well to give the impression of a sandwich. They are very filling too!

    I like them as well. Made a batch last week and used some for a low carb sausage sandwich for a breakfast.

    They freeze well.

    Certainly beat the egg whites until very stiff.
