Happy new year to all. Have started the year off on a high with a good breakfast of bacon & eggs - feeling good!

Have started the morning off with a lovely Cafetiere of Grumpy Mule Decaff which is delicious and is making me wonder why on earth I have been subjecting myself to instant caffine laden with milk for the last few months?????

Ahh well let the headache commence!

Breakfast of 3 boiled eggs and NLY.
Lunch leftover morrocan beef with butternut squash.
    Dinner steak and veggies.

Only downside is my young children will eat a different menu.

New year's resolution: be kind to myself.

Happy New year and hope you all have a successful blitz.

That's the best New Years resolution Orange Eater!
My mind is like my PC screen: 19 tabs open on the top bar, 3 of them are frozen, 25 half written emails on the bottom bar, and I have no idea where the music is coming from...

Started well today and mean to keep it up Ate ok over Christmas apart from too much red wine so have added 3 lbs this week but hey! I know what to do now to get back on track
Its easy to let things slip "just a little " and if, like me, you still have a lot to lose and ingrained Candida and Hypoglycaemia it is all to easy for the conditions to take control again. Bah! Nasty things begone
