    Still surrounded by all the processed rubbish left over from Christmas but it is of no interest and I am going to package it up and give it away or bin it today!

    So today's real food will be;

    B Gammon and Fried Eggs
    L Leftover Paprika Chicken Thighs with some cos Lettuce and Mayo (using the Able and Cole organic as no nasty's and shocked at how tart it is compared to the Christmas Holiday Hellmanns!)
    D Lamb Chops Savoy Cabbage and roast tomatoes

    Drinks will be a pot of Grumpy Mule de-caff (which I am enjoying now) Fennel and mint teas and plenty of water

    @Nevada10. It's much easier to make good choices when the rubbish is out of the house. If it's not there, you can't be tempted by it (Not that you would be, of course)

    Know what u mean Orange Eater... Day 1 for me today and I am preparing myself to possibly feeling quite unwell... I've had alcohol or junk most days for the past few weeks, I know when I did P1 the first time I had strong die off symptoms so wouldn't be surprised if I experience some of that again!! Good luck to everyone I hope your day goes well!

    I overdosed on cranberry Wensleydale yesterday to get rid of it...

    I have had a very relaxed phase 3 Christmas with chocolate, dried fruit and way too many blueberries!!! When i went to bed last night i was very uncomfortable and im now ready to hit phase 1 running!

    breakfast is fried eggs, ham and tomatoes with a side of sugar snap peas.

    lunch is the great unknown at the moment

    dinner is plain pulled pork from my pet butcher.

    no cheese for 5 days!!!

    I have also decided to not weigh im going to measure my waist instead.
