I still have some home made chocolate fat bombs in the fridge might remember them as a quick energy boost if needed.
I like making my own chocolate from cocoa butter and raw cacao powder. No sugar and very bitter. Yummy.
Will definitely try your recipe with the espresso and mascarpone when back from Skye with my home made chocolate.
I've just used the chopper attachment to my stick blender to chop a bar I to finish granules for melting.
