    GW, yes, that one. I just snap it in strips to melt it. The choc drops are obviously easier, but I hate paying extra!
    Find what works for your body. Don't cheat yourself too often or too much.

    Makes totally sense.
    I also can eat large amounts of protein, btw. Just enjoying it too much
    I still have some home made chocolate fat bombs in the fridge might remember them as a quick energy boost if needed.
    I like making my own chocolate from cocoa butter and raw cacao powder. No sugar and very bitter. Yummy.
    Will definitely try your recipe with the espresso and mascarpone when back from Skye with my home made chocolate.

    I've just used the chopper attachment to my stick blender to chop a bar I to finish granules for melting.

    Remember that fat bombs are strictly phase 3 only...and not really Harcombe. More for those who choose to do LCHF. An option only for those thoroughly versed in THD.
