    Downward?

Know how you feel. My sugar monster is fighting hard as well.

    Hello Everyone.

I hope you're all feeling motivated and focused today.

Your Day 1 email was sent out earlier and I've now fixed the small problem with the video (Thanks Cazbah for that spot).

The Frittata recipe is one of Zoe's favourites. We hope you like it too and do share any ideas that you have for variants that you've tried and liked.

Hope you have a great day

Morning everyone! Good luck for day 1!
I discovered Harcombe on Thursday, started making some food switches over the weekend - carrot spirals instead of spaghetti, brown rice and quinoa instead of potato, no toast with my Sunday bacon, and this morning I'm down 3.4 kg/7lb!!
I officially joined up to the club and the blitz last night. I have a long way to go, with about 50kg to lose ideally. But I am finally feeling positive that this is something I can start now and do long term.
Breakfast today, bacon and egg "muffin" but made in mini loaf pans. I added some seaweed into the bottom between the bacon and egg for some extra colour and nutrients.
Lunch at work is a salad with roast beef.
Tonight's dinner will be chicken breast rubbed with spices, served with lots of veg and a little brown rice/quinoa mixture cooked with garlic.
