Default Back to Phase 1 for me

Hello! I am revisiting phase 1 as of today. I began THD in 2012 and lost about 21lbs, which I was delighted with, now today I am only 1lb off my original starting weight - eek! It is totally down to me going off the rails so now I have to get back on it! I have a wardrobe of clothes that fit the 20lb lighter me!!

Good things that I have kept to for the last 3 years. No confectionery which is amazing for me (I have got a bit partial to dark choc though!). No salad cream hehe I was addicted to it! Pretty much no processed foods.
    My downfall vino and crisps!!

So today began with bacon end eggs, salmon salad for lunch and a chicken dish from the recipe book marinating in the fridge for tonight.
    Wish me luck

    Good luck Clare
My mind is like my PC screen: 19 tabs open on the top bar, 3 of them are frozen, 25 half written emails on the bottom bar, and I have no idea where the music is coming from...

What a shame that you've slid so far back but the good news is that you know what to do and that it can be done. Good luck.

Good luck and thank you for sharing your slippage.

It's a great reminder to me that if I want to be slim then I have to stick to the rules.

When I used to go to AA meetings it was wonderful to hear about people's recovery but much more powerful was their story of falling off the wagon big time and having to get back on again.

    So a heartfelt thank you.

Hi Clare, I got back on the wagon in May after I fell off it and regained most of what I'd lost, plus a bit more. I'm two months in and 2 stone down. I don't think I've been this weight for at least 2 years.
It is possible and you will do it, best of luck!
