    My mind is like my PC screen: 19 tabs open on the top bar, 3 of them are frozen, 25 half written emails on the bottom bar, and I have no idea where the music is coming from...

    If you going to the gym &using weights you could start putting on weight but i will be muscle mass mass i reccomend you get yourself some body composition scales to check your body fat percentage. I used to go to my local gym 5 times a week for 3.5 hours at time so i found them useful to me for monitoring my fat loss.
    It can very dispiriting when your working out great then find out you have put weight on .

    Thank you all. I am definitely in the right frame of mind now. I feel better in my clothes and in myself and that has given me a boost.
    Larry - I think I had a body composition weigh in at the start of my training so will be interesting to see how that changes!
    Began the THD journey on 8th Jan - 22lbs lost.
