    Roseymary - I think I just got too complacent - I have put 10lb of that on in the last 3 months!

    Allybee - I saw your post and how well you are doing - that is brilliant. I hope to follow in your footsteps :-)

    Good luck Clare! I am re starting phase 1 too as have got slightly off piste since school hols started and put on 4 pounds. Keep us posted! X

    Hello! Thank you for all your messages. Just a quick update I have lost 7lbs which I am really pleased with. I feel much less bloated and have more energy. Onwards and downwards. :-)

    Hello - just another quick update I have now lost 12lbs in total. Slow but sure with a few up and downs along the way!
    I have joined a small gym got a personal trainer - mostly using weights, kettle bells etc and really enjoying it.
    I have signed up for the blitz in Jan and aim to shift those last few 9lbs or so!
