I'm off on hols on Sunday!

I have to say, after 2.5 years of eating this way, I change very little on holiday (from my normal relaxed p2), because experience has taught me that is what works for my body. My only advice is to try now to make a plan you think you can stick with, rather than try too hard to be "strict" and then crash n burn after one slip.

The good news is that with a little thought you can have a lovely holiday, not feel deprived and come back lighter than when you went away! Have a great time.

    Happy hols! Xx
My mind is like my PC screen: 19 tabs open on the top bar, 3 of them are frozen, 25 half written emails on the bottom bar, and I have no idea where the music is coming from...

A fortnight to go here - we're off to St Petersburg for 4 nights, sans kids - so hope there's still a house to come back to! I looked at cruises, but they were very limited on time, so we went for the city break. Tedious in the extreme sorting visas, but hopefully worth it!

Be really interested to hear what you think of it, Sarah.

Having discussed upcoming cruise with husband, we've agreed that sleep, food, drink, exercise and watching the world go by are our priorities.

Will report back! I didn't feel a cruise would give us sufficient time, and you have to stay in organised groups ashore, unless you get a visa. So having to spend 100 each on visa, we thought we'd spend longer there.
