Thread: Nuts and/or peanut butter

    Default Nuts and/or peanut butter

This is another area that is a little vague to me. In Phase 2 are we allowed nuts of any kind (ie pistachios)?
How about peanut butter if it 100% natural?
Phase 1 was really good to me so I do not want to mess it up.

Hi, nuts are one of natures few natural mixing foods ie high carb and high in fat - they are phase 3 on Harcombe. However, some members get away with them eaten irregularly BUT they are very moreish..

Peanut butter is also phase 3
My mind is like my PC screen: 19 tabs open on the top bar, 3 of them are frozen, 25 half written emails on the bottom bar, and I have no idea where the music is coming from...

That's may what they are called, the seed of a drupe fruit, rather than a nut. Hence a p3 seed. I was just joining in with Howie's "peanuts are legumes" meme!

I use this one - however, despite it's attractive fat to carb ratio, I still find it addictive and best kept out of the house!

Into my second year on Harcombe as I neared my personal target, I must admit I did start to est Macadamias. Especially with salt as it's a nice way for me to get thecsodium I needvinto my diet. I was using salt tablers but found they sometimes made me want to throw up taken after a meal. I'm looking forward to eating them again in February.
