    Default Nando's

Hi everyone, I'm doing quite well but have a question about Nando's........
I usually go for the chicken butterfly but I'm not sure which sides would be best, I'm not fussed if they're the standard or the fino sides.
The menu is here if anyone would be kind enough to give me some guidance:

On the rare occasions i go, i just get salad and occasionally coleslaw (can't vouch for the mayo though). i also had olives last time too. Do NOT get the perinase (spicy mayo) - it is a processed pot and FULL of junk!
Embraced THD - got a way to go yet, but loving it!

Thanks sallywags, I've been before and had salad but not been full. I wondered how I'd get on removing the skin and opting for carb sides? But I may end up ordering extra chicken instead or opting for an actual salad with chicken then he portion size of the salad may be better.

I looked at that but the sugar seemed quite high - I suspected the "spicy tomato concasse" is a bit processed and full of sugar as a lot of tomatoey sauces seem to be in restaurants.

I did wonder when I read it. Could you ask for the veg without the sauce? Just thinking that sometimes you don't want salad.

I had the chicken thighs (and specified spicy skin!), salad with no dressing, extra olive oil, coleslaw and a side of olives (shared) and I was stuffed!

Tell them you're gluten free. That cuts out a lot of nasties and leaves you with real food sometimes.
