    Christelle your posts are always refreshing and informative, not to mention encouraging to new people. They never drive me crazy (mutterings in back ground you're already there lady).

    Rosey, curiosity took over and I did the extention of the graph to figure out when I "should" reach my estimated target weight.
    Turns out I have another year to go.
    Luckily for me
    1) I am not scared to do THD for another year
    2) I am actually enjoying myself at the moment and
    3) this is not a competition to see who is there first.

    Another year? I don't think so. Rather the next 40+ years (or however long I shall live)
    Trust the process, the results will come

    Christelle I'm so glad you wrote the last sentence, as this is a way of life. Once you've reached your target weight you can cheat and not gain weight but not too often and not junk food.

    I had a planned P3 bush tucker breakfast today that was mixing which is fine. I just know not every day or I'd be back where I was.
