    Default Yogurt

I asked hubby to buy me some Total full fat yogurt yesterday but there was none available as it is on offer in Tesco when he went in after work. He brought home Tesco greek style yogurt but there is no mention of any live bacteria.

I will eat it because I cannot afford to throw it away but is this one not suitable as NLY.

I think all yogurts have culture, but that these might not have the all the strains in.
I battle to find plain yogurt in SA that states "with live cultures" and that is why I have gone over to kefir
Personally, I think this yogurt will be fine for this one container you are going to have
Trust the process, the results will come

    Christelle...
This article lists Greek yogurt available in SA...

And TOTAL (Fage) seems to be available there also.

    Christine...
I agree...any stores own plain yogurt should be fine.
Dear Stomach, you are bored, not hungry. So shut up.

Thank you GW. I have not really seen these brans around. I once found a Fairview in my local supermarket, but only one and I have seen the Dairybell one, but the Dairybell does not have "live" on it

I have found a "live" version at my local green grocer

I'm sure all plain yogurts, Greek or otherwise contain live cultures. They certainly won't do you any harm.
