Default Advice on introducing dairy into PH2 after 6 weeks on PH1

    Good morning,

Looking for any advice on introducing dairy in PH2. Any signs I should be looking for that may be a problem. I don't think I have ever had a problem in the previous 57 years but open to suggestions.

Hattie the Cattie did a good piece, I'll post a link for you overlea8. It deals with the transition generally not specifically dairy, if I recall correctly.

    Here it is.

You may already have seen it, in which case apologies.

Agree. I'd go for cheese because it's really versatile and can be a useful ingredient to cheer up a salad or a THD lasagne or moussaka, as well as being a handy thing to eat on its own that requires no preparation (useful for lunches if you're busy working for example).

I agree with Mr JDW. So much variety and versatility with cheese.

Morning everyone. Not gone too crazy on the dairy into my meals. Only had porridge twice with skimmed milk, rest of the time its still with water. Have had low fat cottage cheese twice with jacket spud. Had 3 x 4 cheese salads for work. What I have had a bit of is the Chicken with cheese and bacon and roast veg. OMG what a meal. I have even got others in the office making it and they are not on THD. It is delicious mind.
Well tomorrow is week 9 and currently I am down from 21st 7lb to 18st 8.8lbs. That next line of 18st 7lb is very close now. 2 stone to go for my target weight. I never thought this would happen in a million years but it is and it's brilliant.
Massive thanks to Zoe and Matt and all the great people on the forums with the wise advice and encouragement. Thank you.
** On the question of the scales, I am using them as an encouragement. I weigh each week on a Monday morning.

Glad you and dairy are good friends and that things are going so well for you.
