Well here I am a week on, I lost 6 pounds in the first week, the headaches thankfully lifted on about day four I'm definitely not drinking caffeine again, I worried that I would feel sluggish without it, but I'm fine, being without sugar wasn't as hard as I had imagined, i was eating out with my Husband and son who both had gooey chocolaty deserts, and i was surprised that I wasn't bothered that I wasn't having one, who'd have thought it? Well i am definitely keeping this going, not expecting to keep losing weight at that level, but hopefully I will see the scales continue to show progress.

Great result Sharon. If you are going to stay on phase 1 remember you've got to stop the carb allowance. You must start the "no-mixing" rule. If you're moving onto phase 2 take it one new food at a time so you've got a chance to make sure it agrees with you or not.

Well done on your weight loss!
I'm so happy you are feeling better

The weight does go down, but at a much slower rate. Just keep on chipping away at it.

Glad that you're now feeling good and well done on your weight loss. It will be slower as you've lost a lot of water but now it's onwards and downwards into fat burning mode.
