    Thanks GW. I am because I soooooo wanted to cheat last night. I was so close to a binge and was hoping to be rewarded with a loss but it wasn't to be. Tonight is going to be a struggle my head is a bit all over the place.
    One is to many 100 is not enough.

    Jen there's one thing for sure if you binge tonight it's very unlikely you'll have a loss and perhaps a big gain instead.

    I predicted a gain...and I got one. Up by 1.5lbs *sniff!*. I'm also feeling very bloated this morning and a bit constipated. Not sure if the cause, but possibly the garlic pickle I had ( rather a lot ). I've got lots of eggs in the fridge...bought twice by mistake...so I will make good use of them as I stay on the straight and narrow.

    I managed to stop myself from binging on the bickies at work last night but I have gained another lb this is so frustrating.
    One is to many 100 is not enough.

    Jen has anything in your eating regime changed? I wonder if you could have a food intolerance? Are you eating bigger meals than you used to do?

    I know if I chose to eat cheese or cream (to which I have an intolerance) I'll put weight on.

    Nothing has changed as such. I am eating rather a lot of cheese to stave off hunger and to stop the binge setting in at the mo. (About 50-100g). Cheese hasn't affected me b fore.

    I am also battling.
    I have had another up

    I think this is a combination of things

    1) cheats - by having tiramisu
    2) Full extend of cheats only coming through two days later
    3) I seem to be very windy and bloated
    4) I had some pumpkin seeds in a courgette salad - phase 3

    Hopefully on quickly, off quickly will happen for me too
    Trust the process, the results will come
