Pleased to hear it - more importantly, does it agree with you?

When you put it like that...
Ok, given. I would rather have kudu biltong too!

I hope its *just* that...I've been a bit worried, not seeing her about.

While here, I'll put my 2pence in about Skyr. It was nice...but not as nice as either Total Greek, or M and S Greek.

She mentioned the other day she was working something like 80 hrs a week.
That is an insane amount of hours (double of what most of us do), so I really think it is work keeping her away from us.
I think she loves us too much to stay away for no reason.

Have to report that Quark is not for me. Day after dymptoms wheezy chest and a good clear out which I hope stops at that. Had fouble cream last night so things may get worse before they get better. Back to covonut yogurt. I make it the same way every time sometimes it's relatively thick other times really runny.
Pre Harcombe I thought natural yogurt was horribly sharp, a friend who supposedly s eats natural yoghurt thought Quark very sharp I found it pleasantly tangy. How my tastes have changed.

I am so sorry that it did not work out for you Rosey.
I have the sme with my milk kefir as you have with your yogurt. Sometimes I get it nice and thick and other times it is runny - depending on the fermentation (and heat)
