    Default October Daily Weigh in 2017


    Daily weighing is NOT recommended on Harcombe, but some of us choose to do so because we find it helpful. If a disappointing result on the scale is going to tip you over into 'oh sod it' land, then don't weigh daily. Fluctuations are normal, and it's the overall trend that's important. Daily weighing can be useful to spot intolerances, gauge how transitioning to phase 3 is working etc.

    Lost 1.4 kgs month on month and my slow weight gain has stopped as I stayed the same. So if I can do the same in October I'll be a happy vegemite.
