Frozen veg is brilliant, used frozen sliced peppers in my last chilli, worked perfectly and cost pence. Always use frozen berries for my occasional smoothies, too. Even use frozen mash for my OH!

I also make use of frozen berries a lot of time as well as canned tomato
Frozen berries, blitzed with cream is like your own made sorbet
Trust the process, the results will come

Most things you cook you could double up so you have meals for another day.

    Hi again
Feeling better again today about it all, even tho I have had a bit of a headache all day!
I'm already planning ahead to go into phase 2 at the w/end, I'm not sure how I will cope, Saturday's to me are all about sitting down on the afternoon, watching the footy with a bottle of fizz & a packet of crisps (naughty I know), I think the crisps won't be a problem but a whole w/end without fizz is daunting!

Get some fizzy water and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Lovely.

Snacking isn't a great idea, but you could have a packet of pork scratchings if you feel the lack of a nibble may derail you. These are delicious.

Kale chips (cook torn up kale in a hot oven sprinkled with s&p and garlic infused olive oil). Parmesan chips.

Ideally if you've eaten a good lunch you won't be hungry and can forgo the chips anyway.

This is a new way of eating/life so think outside the box.

Kale crisps done with coconut oil are yummy.
