    I have also had nasal issues by using decongestants. They really do stuff up your nose.
    At some stage, about 2 years ago, I went to see a ear/nose/throat specialist. He told me about a product called nozoil. It is a spray-able oil and it just makes everything in the nose soft. I used to battle with hard kind of scabs inside my nose. I still use this from time to time.

    I was continuously hungry yesterday. No food seemed to be enough. Had breakfast at 10:00 (still felt hungry afterwards). I decided to get my mind of food by going for a nap. I had supper at 17:00 and then started chatting to ZoŽ about my food consumption, so although I was still hungry after my supper I decided to not eat more and the hungry feeling eventually went away.

    Glad to report a 1.3kg drop. Hopefully this is the start of better things to come

    Well done Christelle on not giving in.

    I sometimes find (when I have the inclination to be this sensible!), that if I really focus on what physical sensations I am having when I think I am hungry, and say to myself it is just these physical sensations, it is easier to let them be and not think I have to act on them. Also to kind of breathe into the physical sensations, to help resist the urge to snack.

    I have so many more emotions connected to feeling hungry than I do with being thirsty, which is so simply just a physical event. Best wishes!

    Very happy for you Christelle...thats a very encouraging loss.
    I've sts as expected. Not bad considering I've cut back drastically on my normal daily walking. But that will change as I get back to my normal self.

    Fantastic Christelle.

    I put on 0.4kg back up to 80kg which is annoying but its just a number, just a number ..... I am not going to sod it!

    I'm trying to be patient like Christelle but I hope I don't have to stick the +/- a little bit for 6 months.

    By the way my spell check keeps wanting to change Christelle to Christlike - could be appropriate.
