    Default January 2018 daily weigh in


    Daily weighing is NOT recommended on Harcombe, but some of us choose to do so because we find it helpful. If a disappointing result on the scale is going to tip you over into 'oh sod it' land, then don't weigh daily. Fluctuations are normal, and it's the overall trend that's important. Daily weighing can be useful to spot intolerances, gauge how transitioning to phase 3 is working etc.

    1. 60.3 (guessed) forgot to weigh but am guessing 60.3 kgs after a bit of indulgence the last days/weeks - will start Blitz when back home - on 3rd/4th
    2. 60.1 kg
    3. 59.6 kg ( not sure why. I was NOT good! )
    4. 59.3 kg (that was the last day of eating badly)
    5. 58.9 kg (1st day Blitz phase 1 completed)
    6. 58.6 kg (2nd day successfully completed)

    Me too. Pretty ashamed of where I have ended up this year considering I had such a positive start leading up to the wedding despite not losing much weight under the stress of it all. Unfortunately due to an over extended honeymoon period I will be starting 2018 2 Stone heavier than 2017 so just to make sure I don’t put too much pressure on myself I am going to try weighing weekly. Looking forward to good food, getting back to the gym and generally feeling healthy again!

    Welcome back Kim. Missed your blog.

    I must admit I've been too whimpy to step on the scales for 3 weeks so it's an increase of 2.2 kgs over the festive season. Did anyone else get the "Oh well it's blitz in January I'll just have that ....". Reigning in during the blitz will be extremely good for me.

    I kept on weighing though. I have picked up 2.6kg.
