I was up .3 kg today - perhaps is the moon.

Its just a number, just a number .....

Actually I think that I'm running very low on glycogen/water. Therefore any variation in carbs shows on the scales. I ate a lot of butternut squash last night and some gluten free bread in the day(peer pressure).

Hopefully I'll be down again tomorrow. It'll go when my body wants to release it. (and other mantras)

I'm up as well to 9 st 2. On Thursday I ate cheese as couldn't bear Christmas cheese to go out of date. Last night I went to a Caribbean restaurant and to avoid mixing I went for a p2 carb meal as everything came with rice and peas. It had lots of pulses but was very tasty

Penny has finally dropped that eating everything in sight just adds to problems rather than alleviating them, so starting again from today, up about 7lbs, entirely self-inflicted!

Some cheeses (not soft or cream) freeze well so no need to worry about going out of date. Good to use in recipes later on.

If a hard cheese in the fridge has a little mould on it just cut it off and use the rest, no need to throw it out.

Brie put into the freezer unripe comes out perfect!

Thanks, eating rubbish and hiding won’t help!

Thank you for cheese tips, I'll bear that in mind. I probably just wanted to eat cheese being honest

I've not weighed as still feeling rubbish. I can just about function, but still have a lot of congestion with some coughing. I did weigh on Thursday and was down by 1/4 lb. Probably won't weigh again until Monday.
Nice to see you Sarah...hang in there.
Dear Stomach, you are bored, not hungry. So shut up.

I've got a 3-cheese tower in my fridge. Present to DD but she didn't take it with her. Use by is 5/1...but all 3 are wax coated so I'm sure they will last quite a while as I'll be using them. I'll buy her a replacement when she next visits.
