01.01.18:
B: bacon, eggs and 250ml kefir
D: slow roasted deboned leg of pork with dijon mustard and zucchini
Drinks: apple ice tea, decaf coffee, wild berry ice tea

What a good idea to start a new What's on your Menu. I still refer to the old pages for inspiration from Wee Rascal (What's on your plate).
B: 3 eggs scrambled with knob of butter
L: Salad and salmon + h/made whole egg speedy mayo
D: White fish with spicy rub, aubergine and courgette (maybe with a very small side salad)
I must drink more. I tend to forget.
January blitz
B: bacon tomatoes poached eggs ( one tasted funny and now I've put myself off eggs)
L: turkey pigs in blankets; (sprouts, onion, leeks and a few peas cooked with bacon lardons )
D: not sure, I would normally have left over turkey as a sandwich and cranberry sauce so may still have turkey and make bubble and squeak if I'm hungry
If you do bubble and squeak remember you cannot have potatoes.
B 3 bacon, 2 eggs
L Homemade tomato, carrot and basil soup, leftover chicken, fried chicken skin, mayo
D The children have invited themselves and I'm not well enough to cook for them, so it's going to have to be a takeaway. Probably chargrilled chicken breast and salad (and some leftover veggies from the fridge). They'll have chips, I won't.
Water and decaffeinated tea to drink.
Not my best start had sausages and colcannon mash so mixing.
Scrambled eggs and fried tomatoes for tea
B- bacon and scrambled eggs
L - I’ve made some breakfast muffins (onions,pepper, bacon and peas with 6 eggs) so I can take them for my break at work this week. So I had one for a late lunch
D- planned Lamb Keema Curry (recipe on earlier thred) with cauliflower roasted with Garam Masala. Will have it later cause I’m very full after all the eggs. I’ve made a big pot of it so that’ll do me for a few meals this week.
I usually drink peppermint tea and have had numerous cups throughout the day.
