Mamie, it’s in the real food cookbook.

Eggs whisked, cumin, mustard seeds and baking powder added. Then fried. Kind of an eggy fat replacement for naan. Went pretty well actually(once you get past the first taste of its egg not bread )

Another nice curry. I used the creamed coconut block. Served with cauliflower rice.

It's nice I make it sometimes with a curry. I used to love naan bread

    Day 12

11:30am: 2 fried eggs cooked in lots of olive oil and butter with roasted vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, onion, red & green bell pepper) and black decaf coffee

    4:30pm: Strawberries and blueberries

    5:30pm: black decaf coffee

8:30pm (restaurant): salad, olive oil, baked haddock (plain), sautéed spinach, olive oil, soda water with lemon & lime wedge

    10:45pm: more strawberries and blueberries
Phase 1 makes me feel like my vibrating nervous system has been switched off. Blissful calm.
