Der! Of course, Rosey, a typo not a type of South African fish - which is what my early morning brain was thinking. Thank you.

Delighted to report I am down to 13:4.0 being a loss of 0.6lb which some might describe as a mere fluctuation, but I have not fluctuated this low in recent memory so I am very happy with it. Still hoping to get below 13 stone soon and every loss, however small, makes it seem more possible.

So sorry Gilli, yes, it was steak (the l and k are next to each other on the keyboard)
I am not that into fish.... (and I had that yesterday)

Well done on your loss, that is fantastic news indeed!

Good to see, Gilli, that even with the milk you've done well. Hope you're on the losing side again tomorrow, Christelle.

    I'm down .5 to 156.5.

Breakfast @7am - 3 eggs, 2 bacon, earl grey tea.
Lunch - will be tuna on top of salad
Dinner - will be one pot potroast w/ onions, diced tomatoes, green beans. Last day of really cold for a bit (well, forecast anyway) and feels like it'll be a stew kind of evening.

Hope all are having a good Tuesday. Ours is just beginning (Zo is still in bed actually) and is going to be a busy one.

My work day is done (except that I am staying late for stock take)

I did not have all the yogurt today. I though I was hungry but I wasn't really. I had 200ml of the 300ml mix and stopped
We'll see when will I get hungry tonight

2 good days of work shadowing so really hope I can do a good job on the application form.
