    Weigh in: 90.0

    So, 0.2kg down. Not entirely happy with that but I'll take it. It's better than another sts day.

    Planned meals for today:
    Breakfast: mince beef with veggies and one egg
    Lunch: yogurt and kefir
    Dinner: mince with veg and h/m tomato sauce, with egg broken into the mixture

    Steps will be updated later
    steps was 18626 for yesterday

    You guys are doing just great. I’ve managed a couple of days on plan at last and feeling good about not weighing and not stressing over food.
    One is to many 100 is not enough.
