    Default Sword fish flavouring

Are there any special flavours that go well with swordfish, any recipe ideas?

Mint, lemon and basil work well with swordfish! - I did a recipe once that was basically olive oil with the aforementioned ingredients mixed in - Marinaded the fish and cooked!

    Lovely!

A squeeze of lime adds an exotic alternative to lemon - Use instead of lemon in a marinade or just squeeze a few drops after cooking.

I always think that Lime, garlic, ginger and chilli go well together. I use this with fresh tuna and it’s yummy.

Thanks all. I didn't have a lime to hand last night so in the end made a butter ball and added some parsley, lemon, ginger and garlic, and a bit of left over red pepper, 'twas good!

Parsley and lemon suit most fish.
