Thread: Sticky keyboards

  1. #1

    Default Sticky keyboards

Is this another thing that THD delivers? Because we are eating three meals a day, tops, are we less likely to be eating over our keyboards?

Apparently money is being spent on research and development to deliver crumb resistant keyboards, but I think we may have found a better way.

Has this been an issue for you?

I'm trying to think of something crumbly that I eat... salad and mackerel doesn't leave crumbs...

I guess it it the carbage that does that!

I also do not have a crumb issue
I do however leave fat marks on some papers...

My main tech problem is muddy paw prints. Cat sits on keyboard if hungry, otherwise on second laptop or printer. Or office windowsill...

I had a boss who was so tight, he used to make me dismantle and clean keyboards if people had spilled drinks into them. One particular user (who poured Coke in) never got to use the letter "E" again!

I used to be dreadful at getting paperclips stuck in mine! Real pain to get out again.

You only need to do the crumb bash and dance and it’s fine anyway, what’s the issue? Turn upside down bash on desk shake from side to side... sweep half the bakery residue into the bin. Carry on.

Not that I would know that of course.....

Although crispy bacon slices do create crumbs too!
