    Default April Daily Weigh-in

I hope Rosey doesn't mind me posting this.
    In her words...
Daily weighing is NOT recommended on Harcombe, but some of us choose to do so because we find it helpful. If a disappointing result on the scale is going to tip you over into 'oh sod it' land, then don't weigh daily. Fluctuations are normal (as ZoŽ,s* article on weighing shows), and it's the overall trend that's important. Daily weighing can be useful to spot intolerances, gauge how transitioning to phase 3 is working etc.

Can I join you please ... I'm losing and gaining the same three pounds, and have been for about four years. It's like bashing your head gently on a wall ... Absolutely no willpower whatsoever, comfort eating, addicted to chocolate, or just totally useless.

    Welcome to Blighty RM.

Ffion, good to see you joining the gang for next month's weigh-ins. You just need to find the zone and many of us find the accountability of posting weight helps with that.

Me too, I've been going up and down the same two stone for the last two years. It's finally time to get a grip.

Was a very busy day yesterday.
Had breakfast and was out for the rest of the day. Only ate at dinner again. It really wasn't a problem not eating. I should try the longer fasting period (like Gilli) too

Coirstain is right - I can use this one:

I seem to have lost the original post were I was recording my weight. I wanted to edit, something happened, I went out of the forum and now I cannot find it at all.
